Personalized Self-Care
When collaborating in person or virtually, we will discuss ways that guide you toward reaching your self-care goals. This is a process that unfolds organically, as you begin to connect back to your heart. The process begins with embracing the natural world - earthing and learning about the energetics of plants.
We will explore your health habits and how to tweak your everyday choices to align with this inward journey. Depending on your goals and needs, we will discuss ways to create self-care routines and how to make your own plant syrups and/or tinctures that resonate with you personally.
$100/1 hour session
Foot Reflexology
This is an energy modality that involves pressure points on the foot that correspond to organs and body systems. Foot reflexology aims to keep our life force moving throughout our body. The particular foot reflexology I practice includes an herbal foot bath and is known as the Science of Energy Flow®.
$75/1 hour session
Consumer Model of Nurse-Herbalism
The objective of this modality is highly tailored education, resources and information that are focused on a specific individual. Because every client has questions about certain herbs and needs the resources to make informed choices, I undertake the extensive research and provide information that relates to their concerns so an individual can make informed health care choices that include different perspectives.
$100/1 hour session
Medical Travel Companion
A travel companion is person that accompanies you or a loved one when traveling domestically or internationally. They are an extra hand when you need support. I will provide a sense of comfort and security with travelers who have difficulty making a trip on their own due to anxiety, illness, injury, altered mobility or advanced age. I will also ensure you or your loved one has adequate hydration and nutritious meals :)
$500 day to $3,000/week
Herbal Workshop
This is a 3 part virtual workshop entitled Remedies for Enhancing Immunity is based on the Elements of Care® Program by Dr. Martha Libster. In person classes available upon request.
The workshop will systematically guide you back to the realm of plant medicine traditions with book discussions, experiential learning, and self-care remedies. We will explore plants as gentle partners in our overall health and learn the value and wisdom teachings associated with the 4 elements (Earth, Air, Water, and Fire) to enhance your knowledge of the plant world. Together we will create your plant medicines and you will have a mini apothecary for travel and the winter season.
Flower Essence
One way to connect back to nature is through the use of flower essence. This purely natural a form of herbal medicine uses the spirit and energies of flowers, trees, and plants to address spiritual concerns.
Flower essence is subtle and gentle, but can cause a shift in consciousness. The session can last an hour and together we will develop a personalized formula mixture based upon an initial questionnaire and other concerns that show up during our conversation. You’ll also take away a 2oz bottle of your own exclusive floral mixture.
$100/1 hour session
Oracle Card Readings
As a student of ancient wisdom teachings, I have been studying different forms of spirituality and divine feminine teachings for many years. I bring this knowledge to help spark a remembering into your awareness; to help you follow your intuition and access your inner voice and truth.
$75/1 hour session
Magdalene Series
During these 9 sessions, we will be taking a deep dive so you can lean into your Divine Feminine Essence. This process can include any the above listed services and the following experiences.
1. Creating Sacred Space & Practicing Rituals - understanding the importance of ritual and activations to create and infuse light into your everyday.
2. Womb Healing - Exploring the energetic functions of the womb space, whether it is present or not. The womb is our creation portal and can be cleared with meditation and plant allies (anointing oils) to help birth the new. The new might be a fresh start, a new job, a new relationship, new intentions, a new way of living.
3. Oracle Card Interpretation - I work with Mary Magdalene and other Divine Feminine archetypes to help find some direction and inspiration from beyond the veil.
4. Moon Connection - Working with the cycles of the moon to attune your natural rhythms, we will discuss ways to align with the natural cycles of the moon and moon rituals.
5. Dream Exploration - I will provide you with a dream journal and a safe space to interpret dreams and their messages from the unconscious.
6. Gaia Session - An optional nature photo session with She is Gaia Photography can be included if desired (additional fees).

End of Life Doula Care
Dying is not a tragic medical situation. It is a beautiful human experience.
My goal is to help bring peace, love and compassion to a difficult situation. This is not hospice, but an adjunct to hospice. Bringing traditional energy modalities (ritual and plant allies) to help hold space and provide support during the transition. An authentic invitation to explore spiritual and existential questions. I can help explain the dying process and provide support to the caregivers. I have the ability to do private duty nursing based on request and need.
As a trained Myrraphore, using ancient anointing oils such as Spikenard and Frankincense for transition, there will be a safe and loving passage to the spirit world. I have been asked to be present for several hospice patients as they chose the Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) protocol in New Mexico and Colorado, the sacredness of the last breath is profound & beyond words. As a hospice nurse of 20 years plus and an International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA) trained End of Life Doula, this is my gift and this I know. I am honored to walk this journey with you.
